Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with LoveMap. If something is not right with your purchase, contact us and we will review your request promptly.
Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by contacting our support team. Refunds are granted at our discretion and are typically issued in cases such as duplicate charges, technical issues that prevented you from accessing your report, or charges you did not authorize.
How to request a refund
Email us at info@selected10.com from the email address used at checkout. Include your order details (order ID or the last four digits of the card used) and a brief description of the reason for the request. We will respond within two business days.
Cancelling your subscription
A refund request is separate from cancelling your subscription. To stop future charges, visit the Cancel Subscription page. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle but does not automatically refund past charges.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Most card refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
