How to find the Cancel button

  1. Sign in to your LoveMap account.
  2. Open the user menu in the top-right corner and choose Settings.
  3. In the left sidebar, click Membership.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the Membership card and click the red “Cancel Membership” link.
  5. In the confirmation pop-up, click “Yes, cancel my subscription”. Your status will switch to Canceling straight away and no further charges will be made.

You’ll keep access to your reports and challenges until the end of your current billing period.
